On a Personal Note

Dr Balcescu was born in Romania and came to America in his early teens. He completed medical school and orthopedic training on the west coast, and his spine fellowship in the Midwest. He and his family are now looking  forward to settling into the Sheridan community, enjoying the great outdoors, and the peaceful living that Wyoming has to offer.
